Launched a +2k page website with a refreshed brand, AI functionality, system integrations, revamped blog and e-magazine (Transform Europe Awards winner). Researched 1500 customers from various audiences, created personae and mapped future end-to-end customer journeys focused on lifelong learning. Got SMT agreement on a tech roadmap to deliver phase 2 of a school-wide digital transformation. Course applications went up by 26%, clicks on the apply button by 50%, and customer satisfaction for the website reached 93%.

Launched a website for investors with videos, numbers, reports, interactive tools, articles and other relevant content for investors , the media and corporate audiences (Digital Impact Awards winner). Developed a full social media, content and online reputation strategy from scratch for the Canada branch, highly rated by the VP of Corporate Affairs.

Revamping Westminster Business School's online presence

Prototyped a new homepage for the University of Westminster's website, revamped the whole business school section, and optimised campaigns across channels and landing pages. Visits to the MBA page increased by 500%, open rate for emails reached 70% and conversions (course applications) grew by 10%..

Simplifying the pensions world with a self-serve retirement tool for Phoenix Group

Mapped customer journeys based on extensive UX testing. This resulted on the successful launch of 3 microsites and a self-serve online tool in a highly regulated environment, which relieved the pressure from call centres, allowing customers to follow logic steps online to cash-in their pension.
